The Prize Spinner is a prize wheel found on the upper-right side of your screen. This wheel provides players with the chance to win free items, including:
💵 Cash
👩⚕️ Doctor's Notes
🔶 Extra Credits
🎁 And so much more!
To spin the wheel, players must spend 100 Prize Tokens.
Prize Tokens can be earned for the Prize Spinner by pressing the 'Earn Tokens' or 'Free Tokens' buttons near the bottom of its screen.
- Free Tokens can be earned every hour. This button will reward a random amount of Prize Tokens.
- Earn Tokens can be used every 5 minutes to watch an ad. Once the full ad has been watched, players will be rewarded 20 Prize Tokens.
