Terms and Conditions are essentially the game's rules. In general, any behavior that breaks the law, purposefully abuses the game's mechanics, deliberately harasses other players beyond the norms of regular gameplay, or anything along those lines, will result in an action taken against your account, up to and including permanent disabling of it.
