Purchases are usually processed instantly but sometimes there can be some delays. When these delays occur, there’s no need to try purchasing again – your items should arrive in your game soon!

Sometimes a delay happens as all of the purchases made in our games are processed by Google/Apple first, and then communicated to us. This is usually fairly quick, but in certain cases, it can take up to 24 hours to process some purchases.

Try restarting the game, and if you still haven't received your purchased items after a significant amount of time has passed, please let us know!
