You'll be able to meet a new Roomie once you’ve collected 10 Pops for that specific Roomie. One of the best ways to get Roomie Pops is from opening Roomie Powerup and Lux Roomie Powerup Boxes in the Store! Complete Daily contests and earn Keys to open these Boxes.

How do I move in a new Roomie?

If you haven't met them yet, you'll have to do that first!

To meet them:
Tap on the Phone icon (bottom right hand corner), tap on Roomies, then tap on the Roomie you're ready to meet!

Once you've met them, that Roomie can then move in!

To them move in:
Go to your Home, swipe up on the screen to get to the upper level and tap on the Move In button on the empty room you want your new Roomie in. Select your Roomie and tap on Move In!
