How do I Unlock Heroes?
Through story quest rewards, you will acquire Unlock Tokens for the 4 core Heroes (Gwen, Vivienne, Agon, and Zeno). You will earn 2 from the early tutorial, then 2 more near Great Hall level 5 via the Great Hall upgrade and Lecture Hall level up quest rewards.
Premium Heroes require Unlock Shards to access them. Collect Unlock Shards from different Hero Exchange Chests (chance-based rolls with varying rewards you can earn from certain events), and also Champion Store Token Exchange Chests.
How do I level up Heroes?
Earn XP for your Heroes by sending them out in realm marches. Use XP and books to grow them!
How do I increase my Hero’s level cap?
In the Research [Concentration] tree, you’ll find Level Cap and Tier Cap upgrades.
When your Hero reaches Level 30, achieving higher levels requires researching the level cap/tier cap upgrades at the Level 40 and Level 50 milestones to continue earning XP from marches and books.
How do I tier up my Heroes?
Collect Relics from taking actions in the Realm and doing Store Chest exchanges. Equip all 5 Relics on your Hero to upgrade them to the next tier!
How do I increase my Hero’s tier cap?
Similar to raising their Level Cap, you will need to upgrade the tier cap for that Hero’s type in the relevant Research tree.
How do I increase my Hero’s Rank?
Hero Shards will help with ranking a Hero up! These are the more challenging Hero item to obtain, as ranking up Hero provides them the most power bonuses.
