If the game is down for everyone, or we have detected an issue impacting everyone's game play, we will put out a Help Centre Announcement that will show up at the top of the Help Centre screen to notify all players.
 
If you believe you have encountered an outage and we are not aware, please proceed to open a Chat/Ticket by tapping the Chat icon on the top right of the Help Centre.
 
From there choose one of the below options:
  1. Game Stuck (unable to do something) 
  2. Connection/Network Issues.
Our ATA Support Bot will help you identify the source of the problem, and if necessary, flag the issue with the team as quickly as possible.
