Please note if you don't want to delete your account, but are not interested in playing anymore accounts are automatically removed from a Realm during periods of extended inactivity. You're free to take a break or stop playing at any time, and your account will automatically be despawned on its own without you needing to do anything.
If you're looking to start over with a new account, let us know in a ticket and we can de-link your current account from your device and let you start fresh on a new account. We do encourage you to make sure your existing account has an ATA id link attached in case you want to return to it later.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to proceed with a request to delete your account data, submit a help ticket from the account you would like to delete and confirm your request for deletion.
Please note this process will take 14 days to complete at which point your account data will no longer be recoverable and you will be logged out of the account.
