​What is RevU?
RevU is Witch Arcana's first ever offerwall! They'll be providing even more offers to all of our Android and iOS players on Witch Arcana!

How long will this be available?
For the indefinite future! We'll share any updates but if you have any feedback, please let us know!

I completed an offer but haven't received my reward yet!
Sorry to hear that! Offers can sometimes take a few days to process though. The best way to investigate will be to contact RevU directly. If you’ve waited more than a week, please write in through a help ticket and we can investigate!

Do my offers crossover?
Each offer is unique to your Witch Arcana account.

If you start and download a game through a different game/offer wall, you can only claim that game's progress and rewards through the offerwall that you started the offer on.

How do I get support from RevU?
Tap the Earn Free Gems RevU button in the Resources Tab of the Store to access RevU

For offers that you have accepted, you can tap the Headset button on the Top Right and submit a report. This can include screenshots with evidence of completion as well. Please make sure you have everything you need before submitting as you can only submit for each offer once!
