I already have a Single City account – can I use that for this event?
Yes! You will not need to make a new account to be eligible for rewards. You will be granted rewards (once the appropriate requirements are met) retroactively. Nobody is getting left out!
 
I want to start a new account for this. How do I do that?
To disconnect your old account and start a new account, please send in a ticket to the Single City support team and they’ll start you off with a new account!
 
Do I need an ATA ID to participate?
Absolutely! Yes! A thousand times, yes! Be sure both your Single City and Witch Arcana accounts are connected with the same ATA ID.
 
If they are not the same ATA ID, you will not be able to receive rewards.
 
How long do we have to earn these rewards?
This event officially begins at 11 AM Pacific Time on January 9th and will end at 11 AM Pacific Time on February 5th, 2025.
 
When will I receive my rewards?
We will send out rewards daily, starting at 11 AM PT! At minimum ATA ID's linked and Living Room progress made by 8AM PT the same day should be tracked for rewards that day! Depending on when your progress was made, you may need to wait for the following day!
 
How many games can I earn rewards for?
As many as you play! These rewards will be sent to all games that share the same ATA ID as your Single City account, so no need to choose just one!
 
I reached [insert Living Room level here] – why aren’t my rewards in my account yet?!
First, make sure your Single City and Witch Arcana accounts are connected with the same ATA ID. That’s how we’ll know which account to give rewards to!
 
We will also be distributing rewards every [S]24 HOURS[/S] starting at 11 AM PDT today! If you don't receive rewards then or progress was made while these were being processed, you may need to wait until the next day! 🙌
 
I was already playing and want to get the previous reward tiers. How?
We'll take care of that for you! Any retroactively earned rewards will be sent to all eligible accounts.
 
Do I need to choose which game to get rewards in?
NO! This cross-over event has been improved so that eligible rewards will be sent to all of your accounts, through all ATA games, that are linked with the same ATA ID!
