Sharing or selling accounts is strictly against the Terms of Use, but if you've given your ATA ID or Facebook login to someone else, or believe your accounts has been accessed by someone else, please follow the below steps to prevent further access.

Secure your Account

1. Change your ATA ID and/ or Facebook password. The ATA ID password reset process can be started here:

2. Change your Facebook password. Steps to do this can be found here:

3. Set up two factor authentication on Facebook. You can learn more here:

4. Set up two factor authentcation for the email address you used to register your ATA ID and/ or Facebook login with. Details are usually provided through your email service providers website.

5. Contact Support via a Help Ticket and we can add an Account Lock to prevent other devices from accessing your account.  

Please Note: Locking an account will make it so that you cannot logout of that account on your device and then log back in.
