Tap on the arrow in the lower left corner, head to the Extra's Menu (+) and then scroll down and you will see these 2 options:
Clear tech tree
This can help many data related errors (we updated the game without needing a version update from appstore, need to update the tech tree for the new data to show up in your account).
Clear Cache
This is similar to reinstalling the app and downloading it again from the asppstore - this usually need to download assets again - will take a bit longer.
To Clear Techtree:
Tap on the arrow in the lower left corner of your game screen.
Tap on the + icon labeled "Extras".
Tap Clear Tech Tree
- Restart the app and check if the issue remains.
