Ticket History is tied to your device, this means if you or someone else logs in to your account from a different device, they will not be able to see your previous ticket history.
This also means if you switch accounts on the same device, you should only see the tickets related to the account you are logged into, and when you switch back you can see tickets related to the previous account.
I can't see my old Help Tickets on Android?
At the moment, when you reinstall the App on your Android device it will also erase the current ticket history from your device.
This is a function of the new ticketing system that we are hoping we can update in the future!
We can still see your old ticket history on our end, so no worries there, but if there is something there you need to reference just let us know.
