When players break the rules, instead of removing them from the game immediately, we usually provide a warning and Mute/Silence their account. For certain rule breaks we will move directly to the Disabling of an account.
Below are the different offences that ARE silenceable.
Please note, it's not possible to make a list of everything that could possibly be silenceable, so judgement calls will be made by Community Managers where necessary.
In-Game Content
- Discrimination or hatred towards individuals or groups due to ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability
- Sexually harassing or explicit content
- Threats of physical violence or abuse
- Encouraging or promoting self-harm
- Exposing personally identifiable information of another player
- Impersonating a member of the development team
- Swearing or intentionally bypassing the chat filter
Note: Clan Chat and Mail Messages are considered private and are not actively moderated. However in extreme cases we reserve the right to take action on content that is reported to us.
Forum Content

- DO keep posts appropriate and respectful. Insults, harassment, vulgar content, and the like is not permitted.
- DO keep posts related to the topic at hand.
- DO create engaging and constructive forum threads and posts.
- DO help others and share your knowledge.
